KAPUTT Scarabaeus Green necklace with Swarovski crystals, an elegantly geometric jewel with a pendant from the Kaputt<\/em> collection.
\nThe Kaputt<\/em> collection was designed for Swarovski<\/a> by Jean Paul Gaultier together with the Scarabaeus Green<\/em> chromatic effect.
\nFor this range, the designer had in mind the expressive potential of a crystal with an exclusive cut, the kaputt.
\nThe stylist explains that \u201cThe German word kaputt means ‘broken’ and in this case refers to the multiple facets of this stone, which seems as if it\u2019s damaged<\/em>\u201d.
\nAfter seeing the perfection of the crystals Swarovski creates, Gaultier tried scratching and shattering them to achieve the perfect imperfection that has always been an inspiration for his fashions.
\nWith the look of meteorite fragments and featuring eye-catching intaglios and chiaroscuro effects, these asymmetric beads are also partially satinised.
\nEach pendant bears a laser-etched Jean Paul Gaultier logo.<\/p>\n

The Kaputt Scarabaeus Green necklace is made with precious materials and is the result of an accurate craftsmanship process carried out in our laboratory. The jewel meets the magic of Swarovski crystals in a game of sparkling reflections and couture glares.<\/p>\n

At Cardellino<\/a> we translate crochet, tatting and lace into jewellery that is handcrafted, but at the same time urban and decidedly versatile. The French and Japanese yarns and the precious Swarovski crystals create a timeless weave. Full of art, history and tradition, these processes recall past eras, when precious lace was the item most sought after and desired by every fashionable woman. Today it returns to attract our attention in a form renewed both in its combination of materials and its stylistic research, transforming itself into artistic forays, contemporary in taste.<\/p>\n
